À (capital accent a) = Ctrl + Alt + 7 then Shift + AÉ (capital accent e) = Ctrl + 4 then Shift + EÈ (capital accent e) = Ctrl + Alt + 7 then Shift + EÇ (capital c) = Ctrl+, then Shift + C
To write an E, simply press and hold the Ctrl key, then click on the number 4, the capital letter and the letter E, all at the same time.
