A new report by Reuters journalists claims that Huawei has benefited from an easing of sanctions against it since Joe Biden took office.

Since November 2020, 113 licenses have been granted to American suppliers who want to work with the Chinese company. During Trump's term in office, no such licenses were granted.

These licenses are worth the equivalent of $61 billion, according to the media, which represents more than a breath of fresh air for Huawei, even if they are not to everyone's taste, particularly in the US Congress.
